Ever since the Alumni Center has been open, the Alumni Board has been putting together a complete set of Pewitt yearbooks for the Center and another complete set to be stored in the vault at the Pewitt Administration Building. Thanks to everyone who has donated to this effort. We have almost achieved our goal.  

The following yearbooks are still needed to complete the set at the Admin Building:  1958 and 1959; 1975 and 1978; 1985 and 1986; 1990, 1992, and 1999; and 2003. Additionally, a copy of the 1975 and the 1986 book is needed for the Alumni Center. If anyone has a copy of any of these, please leave them at the Admin Building or call Joan Cook at 903.884.2556. 

The Pewitt Alumni Association is affiliated with the Pewitt Education Foundation, which was founded to promote innovative educational opportunities for Pewitt CISD students by, among other things, providing grants to programs that classroom teachers would like to implement but simply cannot due to ordinary budget restraints.  

The Pewitt Education Foundation is funded through the ongoing efforts of friends and alumni of Pewitt CISD, and is in no way otherwise related to, organized by, or run by Pewitt CISD.  Please consult Pewitt Education Foundation mission statement here.
